Noodle Wave in Richardson, Texas

So it was my first time ever eating out for curry. I'm used to homemade curry made by my Vietnamese step father and perfected by my American mother. I had coconut curry with this awesome bread and rice. My friend Greg had a red spicy curry. We had two appetizers. I orders shrimp blankets and he ordered crab ragoon. Both tasted fresh with a satisfying crunch. The sauces were unique and seemed like they were made from scratch. Before ordering we were served complimentary bowls of what looked like a rice porridge laden with cilantro. The broth was good but I'm not really one for cilantro unless it's in a small quantity of salsa. All in all it was a decent lunch. The dinner versions are almost twice the price for most entrees. The decor is amazing and so breath taking.  If you feel like a splurge with good people then visit noodlewave.com
